The Cool Vest Light
From $149.95 Select optionsThis vest is made from Supplex — a light weight material; available in black and white. Comes with an optional (1) or (2) complete sets of either light or standard cool packs. Cool Vest Light packs are a pound lighter (total vest weight under 3lbs) and typically last 1.5 hours. Standard packs last 2-2.5 hrs depending on activity.

The Expandable Cool Vest
From $149.95 Select optionsThe Expandable Cool Vest is made from black Supplex, a soft, lightweight material. The vest is able to accommodate our much larger Heavy Duty Cool packs as well as Standard Cool Packs.

Heavy Duty Cool Packs have 40% larger surface area compared to Standard for enhanced cooling (less energy expended by your body). We also recommend Heavy Duty Packs for all customers over 250lbs.
This vest is one size fits most — it is able to adjust from average to XL body sizes. XXL is also possible with our 10″ expansion straps for a more dynamic garment range.
